Don't throw away your very ripe bananas, he is how you can put them to great us, like I did 😊!
Steps

In a bowl add your dry ingredients part from sugar.

In a blender or using hand mixer, beat sugar, eggs, vegetable oil until fluffy

In the wet ingredients add your masher bananas and fold them in.

Make a well in the dry ingredients, add the wet little at a time as you fold in slowly.

Divide the batter, in one bowl add the cocoa powder bit by bit as you fold in slowly until well mixed.

In your baking pans, preferably 3 or 2pans, pour both batter interchangeably ontop of each other, ie if you start with the white, next add the one with cocoa and then white until it's all in the pan.

Bake for 30mins at 150° or until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve with tea, yummy

NOTE: you can halve the recipe.
