Orange Carrots and Red Onion Raita or Dip is very much Indian. It's zingy, it's peppy and above all absolutely flavourful and aromatic.
This Raita is a great option on any day at mealtimes or as a healthy snack, Brunch idea or even as a lovely Dip alongside Pakoras or Fritters, Bhajiye, Chaats etc. I usually serve it at Iftaar meals, Tea-time snack, Brunch party, kids party or even at everyday mealtimes with family and loved ones.

It's simple and easy. It does not require any fancy ingredients too. The best part is that it is a no cook recipe and comes around in as less as 10 minutes in all. It can be made in a jiffy if you have sudden guests for Lunch or Dinner. Healthy and a wholesome Raita and much loved by my children. Homemade Curd would be awesome if you have an access to or else any good brand of store bought one's also would suffice.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
