Blend the cooked red beans until they are not too smooth.

Once blended, place them in a pan with the sugar and salt. Stir until combined, then heat and stir until the mixture can be shaped. Form into balls and set aside.

To make the dusting flour, toast the tapioca flour in a pan over low heat until it is fine and not clumpy. Then sift the powdered sugar into the toasted flour.

For the dough, mix the glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, and sugar together. Add water and stir until well combined.

Strain the dough mixture into a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the dough becomes translucent and cooked through.

Sprinkle the prepared dusting flour onto a tray. Place the cooked dough onto the tray and coat with the dusting flour until it can be shaped. Divide the dough into desired sizes, flatten, and place the sweet red bean filling in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling, shape nicely, and serve.
