Ingredients

  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1/4 cupmoida
  • Little baking soda
  • As neededoil
  • As neededboiled chole
  • As neededwater
  • As neededsalt
  • As neededtamarind
  • As neededboiled and smashed potatoes
  • As neededmethi seeds
  • As neededjeera seeds
  • As neededdry red whole chillies
  • As neededsounf (mouri) seeds
  • As neededblack salt
  • 1/2gondhoraj lime juice
  • For presentation green chillies

Steps

    Take a bowl put sooji and moida and baking soda mix well,put little water at a time knead well,take more time to knead it,cover with the lid and keep aside for half an hour. After a lapse of half_an_hour knead again, make balls from the dough roll it like a roti dough,take a cookie cutter and cut phuchka like dough and do all like it. And keep aside.

    Boil oil in the heated skillet, add phuchka dough to the hot oil,fry well and keep aside.

    Now heat a skillet without oil add all masala seeds which is mentioned above and fry it then blend it in the blender jar and keep aside.

    Now put smashed potatoes, boiled chole,and blended masala powder as needed rock salt,mix well and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Take another bowl put tamarind pulp, as needed water, rock salt, make a tamarind water.

  6. 6

    Now arrange all, take a phuchka put potatoe mixture, and tamarind water squeeze the lemon juice into the phuchka.
