Preheat oven to 180oC

Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

In different bowl mix apple sauce, butter, eggs, vanilla and honey

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and and mix until combined into a wet dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins then put into fridge for 30min.

Remove from the fridge for 5min.

Make into balls of ~4cm diameter. Place on lined baking tray and flatter balls to ~2cm thick

Bake for 11 minutes
