Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4large eggs
  • to tasteSeasoning
  • to tasteSalt
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl, beat the egg, salt seasonings and onion

  2. 2

    Put a pan on a medium flame and drizzle small amount of oil, when it's hot pour the egg mixture in the pan

  3. 3

    Grate the mozzarella cheese on top the egg as it starts cooking and roll in the egg to allow the cheese cook from inside a little

  4. 4

    Serve while hot with hot sauce or ketchup (optional)
