Place 1/2 container of beef or vegetable stock along with the 3 quarter leg and thigh chicken in a crock pot. Set your crock pot timer for 4 hours.... or longer depends on your timing and setting.

After an hour go ahead and add in your frozen corn or mixed vegetables into the crock pot.

Once chicken is done and falling off the bone and the kale greens are tender let set for 10 minutes and then serve.
