Ingredients

  • 2 poundsdark meat ground chicken
  • 3serrando chiles, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cupchopped cilantro
  • 5 teaspoonsground coriander
  • 3 1/2 teaspoonscumin powder
  • 2 teaspoonsgaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  • 2 1/2 teaspoonskosher salt
  • 1 cupstore bought bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoonginger and garlic paste
  • 1large onion, grated
  • 1lemon, juiced

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (reserving half of the lemon juice) in a bowl

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to high broil

  3. 3

    Place kababs on a silicon baking mat or parchment paper and broil for 8 minutes on one side, flip over and five minutes on the other side

  4. 4

    Test the internal temperature of the kababs to register 160 degrees

  5. 5

    Sprinkle additional lemon juice over the top
