Once I went to Lucknow. I just fall in love with 3 three things first architecture second is the galouti kabab and the third one is the katori Chaat. It's a famous street food of Lucknow. It's the edible bowl Chaat. Let's check out the recipe.

Make a dough first with hot water so that it becomes soft and rest it for 15 mins. Make required Dough balls and roll it.

Now take a small katori brush a little oil. Fold the rolled dough around the katori.

Take a pan heat refined oil and deep fry the Katori pastry along with the katori. Once get fried gradually and with patience take out the katori.

Now make the chaat by mixing all the ingredients of the Chaat first put the potatoes then onions then chopped cucumbers then tomatoes then green chillies then chat masala, dahi, tamarind sauce, tomato sauce,chidwa and on top add coriander leaves and finally ready to serve.
