Ingredients

  • The Sauce
  • 1/2Japanese Mayo (or regular mayo)
  • 2 tbssriracha
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • Add ins
  • 1 pkgimitation crab
  • Cucumber, diced or sliced
  • 1.5-2 tbsfurikake
  • 1green onion, diced
  • 1 cup(or as much as you want) cooked rice
  • 1 pkgroasted seaweed for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sauce ingredients together to combine. Add the crab meat and stir to combine

  2. 2

    In a bowl, spoon in the rice

  3. 3

    Sprinkle rice with furikake

  4. 4

    Top with your chopped cucumber

  5. 5

    Top with crab meat

  6. 6

    Top with chopped green onion

  7. 7

    Serve with roasted seaweed
