Prepare dow.

Add oil to the Pan.

Add cumminseed,ginger garlic paste, green chilli to oil and saute till it gives fine aroma.

Now add finely chopped onion to it and saute until it gets lightly browned.

Now add all spices to it and mix well. It gives a nice aroma of mixture.

Finally add coriander to it.and your stuffing is ready.

For kachori making,put oil to heat in a frying pan.

Now make small sized balls out of dow.

Make a thik layer circle of ball using your fingers and press in between using thumb.

Now fill stuffing into it and pack it...and slightly press the ball using palm. And then add it to the hot oil pan.

Cook it on medium flam..after 10 min. Your kachori is ready to eat.
