The first time I tried dinner rolls I wasn't so happy with the results but thanks to some lovely women here, I finally nailed it! #stayhome

Mix water, 1 tbsp sugar and yeast. Let sit for 10mins.

Mix warm milk with butter. Dissolve remaining sugar and salt then add the yeast mix. Add the flour in two parts. You can use a wooden spoon to mix.

On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough till smooth, elastic and abit sticky. Let it sit for 1hr or till double in size.

Punch the dough 👊 down and Knead for a bit. Roll out the dough and fold into a log. Cut 12 equal pieces and make into equal balls. Lightly oil a baking tray and line the balls leaving room to rise. Cover with a damp cloth for 30mins to rise.

Preheat oven to 200°f. Bake for 18-25 mins. Rub melted butter and transfer to cooling rack.
