Dalgona coffee

Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a medium mixing bowl. Use an electric hand-held mixer, whip the coffee mixture until it is light brown, fluffy and holds stiff peaks when the whisk is removed.

Heat the milk, and divide between two glasses. (I'm using a big jar) Spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top and smooth out with a spoon. Sprinkle with little coca powder on the top.

Serve it and enjoy it taste is yummy. (Note- you can also use chilled milk if you want chilled dalagona.)
