Ingredients

  • 8boiled smashed potatoes 6hrs prior makes it crispy
  • 3 tablespooncorn flour
  • 1 teaspoonChaat masala
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonsalt according to the requirement
  • Halfteaspoon of black salt
  • 20 gramschopped coriander leaves
  • To finally chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonamchoor powder dry mango powder
  • Refined oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all the ingredients including the merciless the corn flour and the boiled smashed potatoes. Knead it well to make it a dough.

  2. 2

    Grease your palm with oil take the dough balls and give the shape of a tikki.

  3. 3

    Now take a fry pan drizzle some oil and fry it in a low flame for around 2 minutes until one side of the tikki becomes Brown as shown in the picture

    When you tikki is ready serve it hot along with tomato ketchup
