White Bean Stew
While looking through more recipes from my first year of cooking, I found this one. I'm sharing it because it's a super tasty way to enjoy beans. Let's get cooking!

Chop the onions and garlic. Sauté them, then add the bacon cut into strips and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the tomato purée (you can substitute with two chopped fresh tomatoes) and the beans.
- 3
Pour in the broth and simmer over low heat until the beans are tender. If the liquid evaporates, add a little water. Season to taste.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with parsley, if desired.
