Spicy Baby Potatoes
Easy and quick—makes a great side dish for any meal.
Steps

Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly. Boil them briefly so they are partially cooked but still firm; do not cook them all the way through or they will fall apart when sautéed. Drain and let them cool slightly to stop the cooking process.

Blend the dried árbol chiles (uncooked), garlic, chicken bouillon powder, and lime juice until smooth.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Add the potatoes and toss to coat them well in the butter. Pour in the blended chile mixture. Stir over the heat so all the potatoes are well coated. Remove from heat and serve.
