Ingredients

  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 cupstamarind
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspblack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar and water in a pan. Boil when sugar is completely dissolved. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Add tamarind and salt, black salt.

    Boil when tamarind can thick. Your chutney is ready to serve.
