In a cooker add peas, green chilli, turmeric water, sufficient water and cook till 3 whistles in a low flame once done add salt, tamarind pulp, roasted powder mix well your ragda is ready can be eaten with pav as well

For pattice boil potatoes, peel and mash it add roasted powder, salt, rice flour mix well and prepare tikkis of it..In a pan shallow fry, it cook both sides.

In a serving bowl take tikkis add ragda, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, sev, drizzle lemon juice and it's ready to serve (can add tamarind chutney and mint chutney)
