Mix dry solids first till completely mixed

Introduce the liquids starting with 3 tablespoons ghee
or oil, Mix thouroughly by rubbing

Then add the coconut milk and water.

Knead for 15min and let rest for 1 hour while
covered - 5
After an hour knead for 2 mins, them roll out the dough and cut equal pieces (depends on the size u want)

Then make round balls from the cut out pieces and arrange on oven proof tray. Let it rise for 15 mins while you pre heat the oven to 150 to 170°C.

Brush the balls with egg wash and bake for 20 to 30 mins
