Steps

First Soak saffron in milk for atleast half n hour.

Take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add sugar and mix well.add cardamom powder and mix.

Now add saffron soaked along with its milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.

When the mixture becomes creamy add pista flakes,mix well and keep it in refrigerator to chill.

Transfer the srikhand in the serving bowls.Garnish with slivered dry fruits.serve with puri or as such.
