Ingredients

5 serving

250 gmspaneer
100 gmssugar
100 gmsmilk
2green cardamoms
4-5saffron strings
as requiredGhee for greasing the tray

Grind the sugar with milk. Add cardamom.

Put the paneer in it. Once again grind. Grease the tray. Put batter in it. Sprinkle kaiser.

Boil the water. Put stand in it.put the tray in it. Steam for 30 mins.

Let it cool. Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.

Take out and serve it.
