Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to make a soft dough

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour

After one hour the dough will ferment and increase in size, now knead the dough for a minute and divide it into two parts

Dust some maida on the chopping board and roll the maida nearly 0.75 inches thick

Cut the maida glass into a round shape using a glass and make a hole in between using a bottle cap

Now brush the semi prepared donuts with oil so that they do not get dry and let it rest for half hour

Take some oil into a fan to deep donuts, keep the flame medium and fry the donuts on a low flame

Coat the hot donuts into melted chocolate,powdered sugar and decorate them as per your choice ready to serve.
