Ingredients

  1. 2x 250 grams salmon, skin on
  2. 1lemon, finely sliced
  3. 1 bunchfresh basil
  4. 1 bunchfresh dill
  5. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  6. to tasteSalt and freshly ground black pepper,
  7. 480 mlwater

Steps

    Please each piece of salmon in the middle of a 20 cm x 20 cm² square of baking paper. Evenly divide lemon, basil and dill, and place over the salmon. Drizzle with oil. Bring corners of baking paper to the center and secured to form a parcel.

  2. 2

    Place 480 mL water in the base of the crockpot. Place steaming rag over water. Please the salmon parcels offset on the rack. Secure the lid. Press steam, set pressure too high, and adjust time to 4 minutes. Make sure the steam release dial is in the seal/closed position. Press start/stop. Once cooking is complete and the pressure is released, allowed to cool.

    Serve with any rice or vegetables.
