Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).

In a bowl, combine both flours with the seeds and spices.

Gradually add the water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms that doesn’t stick to your hands.

Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Put another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to roll the dough out very thin so the nachos will be extra crispy.

Use a knife to cut the dough into the shapes you want for your nachos. They’ll separate easily after baking.

Bake the tray in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 30 minutes, or until the nachos are as golden as you like.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the nachos cool. Then separate them and enjoy.
