Ingredients

30-40 min
4 servings
  • 2 cupsoats
  • 1 cupchopped almonds
  • 1/2 cupwalnuts
  • 1/2 cuphazelnuts
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 2 tbs+ 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Pinchsalt
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cupdried fruit of your choice
  • Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (optional)

Steps

30-40 min
  1. 1

    Mix the oats and the nuts

  2. 2

    Add honey, oil, a pinch of salt and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Bake in a 180°C preheated oven oven for 30 to 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes or so

  4. 4

    Add the dried fruits and leave to cool.Store in a container up to 2 weeks
