Soak the dal for over night,boil it.make a masala with tomato,ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Make the paste, make bhujiya with egg.

Add oil and all spices, fry for few minutes, then add the boil dal, cook for 10 mins
- 4
At last add coriander leaves and egg bhujiya.mixed well, turn off the flame and add kasuri methi. Now the delicious tadka is ready.
