Ingredients

  1. 1 slicewinter melon
  2. 2tomato
  3. 1 pcDried mushroom
  4. 1 tspOyster sauce
  5. 1/4 kgpork
  6. Ginger and garlic
  7. Black fungus

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut melon into cubes,including tomato. Soak and slice dried mushroom into strips. Slice pork and marinate.

  2. 2

    Saute ginger,garlic and dried mushroom then pork.After a while add tomatoe. Add a little water and simmer then add melon. Cook it until melon is tender. Season with oyster sauce.
