Ingredients

  • 1 headcauliflower
  • Green pea
  • Diced carrots
  • Blended tomatoes pepper and onions
  • Dry fish (optional)
  • Adobo
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the cauliflower from the bunch separate them grate them then wash pour into a colander

    In a sauce pan add vegetable oil stir fry the blended tomato add the peas and dry fish keep stirring.season with seasoning of choice

    Add the carrot cover to steam serve warm.
