Ingredients

4 koki's
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1Small onion fined chopped
  • 1small potato fined chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1green chilli fined chopped
  • 4-6 tsp oil for making dough
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededGhee
  • As neededWater for making dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except ghee and water. Mix properly then add water and make tight dough.

    Make a chapati then cook both on tawa with ghee. Ready to eat HEALTY & DELICIOUS KOKKI. Serve with Curd.
