Spicy potato wadges

#PAKNIG.I tried new recipes.it's my hobby.i tried wadges with different coatings and spices but this one is sooo yummy and amazing because theae potato wsdges are soft from inside and crispy from outside.Soo yummy .serve with chilli garlic sauce aur mayo sauce .it's amazing recipe.

Cut potatoes in large wedges with peel.

Wash 2 to three times in a big bowl

Now add in large pan add water cover wedges.complety dip.add 1 tsp salt.

Boil 3 minutes only after start boiling.dont overcook.

Strain water and let it cool.put them on pepper towel.

When cool completely.make battermix all spices mention above.For batter add dry mixture of flour rice flour and corn flour.

Make thin runny batter.

Heat oil.add potato wedges 1 by in in batter tap slightly so that extra batter drip off.

Add in medium hot oil 1 by 1.donot overcrowded.

Make seasoning by adding all spices and herbs above mention.

When light golden and crisp remove from oil on strainer.

Now add in seasoning and toss.

Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or mayo sauce.yummmy😋
