1/2 cupBBQ Sauce (your choice)
1/2 cupmaple syrup or honey
2-3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
2-3 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspthyme
Pepper
Salt

Steps

Add ingredients to a bowl and mix it up.

Put chicken breasts in Ziploc bag.

Add marinade to chicken and mix around.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (no less than 30 minutes if needing quick meal). Marinade overnight for best results.

Added Thyme and Onion powder to this recipe now. I personally think it's better, but don't have to use all these ingredients. Can adjust to your own liking.
