Peel boiled potatoes, mash them then heat oil and then add onion, garlic paste, chilli paste, kasuri methi, then mix well in oil cook for 5 to 10 mins.

Then add the potato and all masala then add lemon juice.

Mix all well then add 2 to 4 tbsp water and mix at well.

Divide it into 9-10 equal portions.

Prepare batter for vada take gram flour, baking soda and water mix at well.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame hot oil then add dip it potato ball into the batter and coat it evenly with hand and deep fry them until light golden brown.

Ready to serve it.
