  • (2) 1 kili ground beef
  • 1large onion
  • 2dry red chilli
  • 2clove
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tsppeppercorn
  • 1 Tspcoriander
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 Tspsumak powder
  • Chicken kabab
  • (3) 500 gram chicken minced
  • 1/2 cupyellow cabsicum
  • 1/2 cupred cabsicum
  • 1Green coriander
  • 4coloves garlic chopped
  • 1small onion chopped
  • TspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 Tspsalt
  • 1/2Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • Black pepper powder
