Prepare wheat dough and rest for 20 mins

In a plate mix well all the ingredients come under stuffing.

Pinch a ball sized dough, roll it and fill the onion stuffing in the center and seal tightly.

Dust some wheat flour to roll it as chappati. Heat the tawa, place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. Add some ghee to cook. Now the yummy delicious pyaz/onion paratha is ready.

Serve hot with Raita and pickle.
