Steps

Take water in a pan add salt followed by oil. Let it boil..add noodles and cook it

Drain it and cool under running water till noodles are thoroughly cooled, add 1 tsp oil to the noodles

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Stir fry ginger garlic paste and onion it turns brown colour

Add red and green capsicum, carrot stir fry..Now add black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar mix well

Add the noodles and stir well the mixture combine with noodles. Ready to serve
