Alu besan suji ke puri

Mash the potato and in another pan 2 spoons of oil and add,11/2 cup water add the water boils add suji and MIX well with Little salt.

Make the suji like dough and rest it for 3 min and add the mash potato and mix then in mixing bowl mix besan aata and all dry ingredients as given

Then mix everything in the suji and besan and make like a medium dough and make smooth with 1/2 spoon of oil then make small balls and roll small puri out of it

Heat the oil in a Kadai and fry the puri in a medium flame be careful while frying it must be soft and fluffy served with sauce tea or coffee it is very tasty and yummy to eat.
