Put onion, green chillies, ginger, fresh coriander leaves in Vegetable chopper and finely chopped it.

In thali,add all mentioned flours, chopped onion mixture, oil, salt. Mix well and add little water and bind into semi thick dough. Divide into 4 portions.

Heat non stick tawa. Take one of prepared dough portion,roll in smooth flatten ball. Pat on tawa pat with your fingers into 4-5" round.or pat on plastic sheet. Make hole in center as shown.

Roast multigrain- onion thalipeeth on both side with little ghee/oil. Similarly prepare all.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Multigrain-Onion Thalipeeth with fresh curd and green corainder chutney.
