2 Cupsflour
1and half cup sugar(adjust to taste)
170 gramsmilk
1 cuphot boiling coffee
Halfteaspoon baking powder
Halfteaspoon baking soda
125 mlvegetable oil
Halfcup cocoa powder
2large eggs

Grease your baking pan.
Preheat Oven
Fresh grated coconut

Mix everything in a bowl big enough to contain. Add the cup of hot boiling coffee lastly.
Stir thoroughly to combine
Pour the mix in the greased pan
Add the grated coconut lastly on top
Bake for 1 hr depending on your oven type...
