  • For the pockets
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Filling
  • 1 cupgreen grams
  • 1onion cubed
  • I carrot cubed
  • I hoho cubed
  • I bunch dania chopped
  • 1 tbspmagarine
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Need the dough as for chapati. Leave for sometime

    Divide into balls. Roll n stack then up but put oil in beetween then roll

    In a pan heat the dough to separate the sheets

    Cut them n make the pockets

    Make a paste to act as glue then fill

    Deep fry
