This is my Dadi’s recipe. It is very simple and easy recipe.

Wash the green chillis and let them dry. Then cut the chilli from the centre and take out the seeds.

Then saute white zeera in a dry pan and crush it.

Then add all the dry spices in lemon juice and make a thick paste. You can add a little water if needed.

Now fill each chilli with this paste.

Now grease the frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and put the chillis in the pan. Cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook on very low flame for 15 minutes

Your khatti mirchain is ready to eat with roti or daal chawal or anything you like :)
