Combine all the ingredients and mix. Knead with the warm water until a dough forms. Brush the top with a little olive oil, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.

Once the dough has risen, divide it into discs and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Flatten each disc with your fingers, then let them rest again. Prepare a baking tray by brushing it with olive oil and sprinkling with nigella seeds and sesame seeds. Place the dough on the tray and bake in the oven until done.
