Wash the soya beans and grind the soya beans to smooth,sieve the milk and discard the chaff.

Pour in a clean pot on fire and allow it to boil,soak the alum in a bowl with little amount of water and be dropping it gently into the boiled soya milk it will start cuddis.

Use the cloth to collect the upper layer and tie it for some minute remove and cut into cubes,use salt and cube to make a water suspension soak the cut awara to it.

Remove and fry in a hot oil,serve with available sauce.
