Firstly take flour and add all dry masala... now add mashed boiled potatoes, methi leaves, salt and 2 to 3 tsp oil and mix well...add ginger,chilli,garlic paste and mix it... knead a dough and keep aside for 5 minutes

Heat a oil in pan.. make a puri and deep fry it

Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup
