Let’s prepare the dough first. In a mixing bowl add the flours Along with other ingredients & prepare a soft dough. Let it rest for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile prepare the red sauce by boiling some water. Add the roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic & let them cook.

After cooking blend them in a mixing jar. In a pan heat some oil and add this purée & let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Add chilli powder, oregano and salt to it. Red sauce is ready.

For cheesy sauce; heat up some butter in a pan, add all purpose flour to it. Mix & roast well. Add milk slowly and mix well to ensure there are no lumps. You’ll realise the milk has thicken up. This is the right time to add cheese to our sauce. Season it with some salt. & that’s it.

Now take the dough & roll it using a rolling pin. Roll it thin and spread red sauce first and then spread cheese sauce over it. Place some sliced vegetables on it & grate some more cheese over it.

Bake this pizza at 180degree for 20minutes. & sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes. Serve hot :)
