Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  • 3-4small size onions
  • 2 tspgrated dry coconut
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tsppeanut powder
  • 1 tspGreen coriander

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel up the onions wash it and make cuts in cross like this

    Make paste of dry coconuts,coriander, ginger,garlic in mixer,heat oil add mustard and cumin seeds,when splutters add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,dry coriander powder,cumin seeds powder and paste made in mixer,Add peanut powder,saute on low flame till looses the oil

    Now take it down and stuff in the onion

    Now put the kadai with remaining paste on gas and Add the stuffed onion saute for minute,cook with lid for 5 minutes

    When becomes soft add boil water to adjust consistency,boil for 3 minutestake it down it's ready to serve, don't overcook it. It takes Vry few time to cook.
