To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder

Take a bowl add onion, capsicum, tomato, salt,semolina, red chilli powder, chaat masala, malai and mix it and make the mixture

Now take a bread slice and spread the mixture on it

Heat the nonstick tava and and apply ghee and roast it fron both side
