Wash Poha and remove water and keep aside. In pan add oil add shengdana and fry till little dark. Add mustuard seeds chopped onions, green chilli,curry leave and saute on slow flame..

Add turmeric powder, the add Poha add salt, half corriender leaves and mix well.. add lime juice.

Garnish with corriender leaves and serve.
