Instant Aloo Samosa

Start by boiling the potatoes.

Mashed the boiled potatoes using a table fork.

Add chopped onion, sweet pepper, scotch bonnet, seasoning and spices.

Add corn flour and mix to make this consistency as shown.

Pinch small out of it, flattened first, then make it in cylindrical shape.

Freeze for 10 minutes.

These are the ingredients for the dough.

Mix the dry ingredients, add up oil and mix until crumble in texture.

Add 1cup water bit by bit to make soft dough.

Take one portion of the dough, roll it as thin as possible and divide it into 4 segments. Use a sharp knife to cut it as shown below

Place the prepared potatoes at the middle, spread flour glue at the circumference, then fold it.

Ready for frying.

Deep fry in a hot oil.

Drain in a colander.

Yummy...serve with either mayonnaise or ketchup.
