Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1/2green bell paper
  • 1/2 red bell paper
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 tspginger
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3+1/2 tsp cornflour
  • 3 tbspmaida
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut panner in square shape, bellpaper onion in cubes. Finely chopped ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Prepare a thick paste of maida and cornflour with the help of little water. Add little salt too.
    Now Heat some oil in a pan and fry paneer after coating in this batter.

  3. 3

    Now heat some oil in a pan. Saute gibger and garlic for a minute now add onion again saute for a minute now add bellpaper again saute for a minute now aad tomato sauce, soya sauce and cool for a minute now add black pepper powder and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add fried paneer cube into it and miz all the thing with soft hands. Now add remaining cornflour in 1 cup of water and pour into it. Stire it continuesly and wait for one boil. after a boil add vinegar into it.

  5. 5

    Serve it with like this or with fried rice.
