Ingredients

  • 5unripe peeled bananas
  • 8potatoes peeled
  • 2carrots peeled
  • 1 handfulFrench beans
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 1large red onion and a bunch of spring onions chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4tblspn chilli powder
  • 1tblspn ginger and garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • About 2 tblspn cooking oil
  • About 2&1/2 cups of water

    Clean and do all the preparation of the ingredients

    In a sufuria with the cooking oil fry the red onions till almost golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste fry a little bit and then add spring onions and fry for about 30 secs

    Add tomatoes fry till it forms the paste

    Add the salt, chilli, and then bananas and potatoes, let the fry a little as you stir them to mix with the paste. Then add water and cover them to boil for about 10minutes (until they are ready)

    Still cooking, Add carrots and mix then after like a minute add French beans and still mix let it cook for about a minute

    Then finally add the coriander mix well and switch of the source of heat and it's ready to serve
