Clean and do all the preparation of the ingredients

In a sufuria with the cooking oil fry the red onions till almost golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste fry a little bit and then add spring onions and fry for about 30 secs

Add tomatoes fry till it forms the paste

Add the salt, chilli, and then bananas and potatoes, let the fry a little as you stir them to mix with the paste. Then add water and cover them to boil for about 10minutes (until they are ready)

Still cooking, Add carrots and mix then after like a minute add French beans and still mix let it cook for about a minute

Then finally add the coriander mix well and switch of the source of heat and it's ready to serve
